UK Delivery
We dispatch all orders from our UK fulfilment centre. Delivery times vary depending on the lens option selected:
- Frames only / non-prescription: typically next working day
- Single vision & standard lenses: typically 2–10 working days
- Varifocal & specialist lenses: typically 5–14 working days
These are estimated timeframes. Orders may arrive sooner — and on rare occasions, slightly later — depending on laboratory processing times and carrier schedules. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Free UK Shipping
We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50. Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically longer than UK estimates. Exact timeframes and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you haven't received this within your expected processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us at notifications@trendingspecs.com

- Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
