We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy to give you complete peace of mind.

Your Refund Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund on your order. After this period we are unable to process a refund request.

What Can Be Refunded We accept refund requests on both frames and prescription lenses. We understand that ordering glasses online requires trust, and we stand behind the quality of everything we supply.

Please note that refunds on prescription lenses are processed subject to the prescription details provided at the time of order being accurate and complete. Trending Specs cannot be held responsible for errors arising from an incorrectly supplied prescription.

How to Request a Refund To begin a refund request please contact our customer service team at support@trendingspecs.com within your 30 day window, quoting your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refund Processing Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
